,, e-Support services for career and vocational counseling of youth entering to the labor market ” RORS 406, e-SSCVC. Ovaj projekat ima period implementacije od 12 meseci, od aprila 2021. do aprila 2022. godine i deo je kategorije projekata prekogranične saradnje Interreg-IPA program  Rumunija-Srbija.

Projekat cilja na dve ciljne grupe: prvu, koju čine srednjoškolci, starosti između 16 godina i 19 godina, drugi sastavljen od nastavnika srednjih škola koji će biti spremni da deluju kao savetnici za karijeru kroz postdiplomski program.

Projekat se fokusira na stvaranje interaktivne internetske platforme za stručno i profesionalno savetovanje, kao strukture za prekograničnu saradnju i podršku informisanom pristupu tržištu rada. Vodič za savetovanje nastavnika u srednjim školama (koji će delovati kao savetnici za karijeru) kao dodatni alat za podršku aktivnostima savetovanja o karijeri u učionici ili na mreži.

Mrežna platforma predstavljaće prostor za mentorstvo i savetovanje studenata, ali i zajednicu za vršnjačko učenje, tako da studenti Zapadnog univerziteta u Temišvaru, (posebno studenti master studija, u okviru master savetovanja i obrazovne integracije) volonterskim aktivnostima, podele sa srednjoškolcima njihove aktivnosti i savete za akademski i profesionalni izbor, dajući im smernice o učenju sa univerziteta, načinu prilagođavanja akademskom životu i prvom poslu.

Interreg-IPA program prekogranične saradnje Rumunija-Srbija finansira Evropska unija kroz Instrument pretpristupne pomoći (IPA II), a sufinansiraju zemlje partneri u programu.

Target group

Target group type 1:

 400 young people, high school students, aged 16 to 19, 200 Romanian and 200 Serbian. They will be career and vocational counselled. The selection of the participants are based on two criteria’s: to be enrolled in the partners high schools and to have parental consent for participation in case of the minors. No discriminatory criteria’s will be applied, everyone can participate, no matter the gender, ethnicity or disability.

Target group type 2:

90 high school students, 45 Romanian and 45 Serbian that will participate in the study visits.  The selection of the participants are based on  two  criteria’s: to be enrolled in the partners high schools and to have parental consent for participation in case of the minors. Output 1.1.
An On-line interactive platform on  vocational and career counselling

Onlajn platforma može se pristupiti sa sledećeg linka http://stepstosuccess.projects.uvt.ro/elearning će omogućiti kontinuiran pristup ažuriranim informacijama kako bi mladi ljudi u Rumuniji i Srbiji mogli mudro da biraju u pogledu akademskog obrazovanja i karijere. Platforma je instrument koji omogućava dobru komunikaciju sa karijernim savetnicima, poverljivost, lak i prijateljski pristup ažurnim informacijama za ciljnu grupu.

Output 1.2
A Counselling guide

The counselling guide offers a current approach upon the career decision-making and job-seeking skills that the career counsellors have to develop at young people in the activities of vocational counselling and career path development. This output is related to following project output indicator: PA1.OI2 – Cross border cooperation structures supported in the field  of labour market

Output 2.1.
40 trained teachers as career counselors – 20 Romanians and 20 Serbian

The teachers from Romania and Serbia will be trained as career counselors to deliver counseling activities and develop those decision-making and job-seeking skills that will help young people to make further steps in defining possible options regarding their academic education and career path and to make informed decisions. The high school teachers that will deliver the vocational counseling and career path development program. They  will also act  as valuable sources of information for other teachers. This output is related to following project output indicator: PA1.OI2 – Cross border cooperation structures supported in the field  of labor market

Output 3.1.
400  young people trained by the career counselors – 200  Romanians and 200  Serbian Young  people from selected schools in Romania and Serbia will benefit from counseling activities about academic, employment and entrepreneurship opportunities uploaded on  the platform. They  will also acquire skills through those counseling activities that will increase their chances to make better decisions regarding their career. This output is related to following project output indicator: PA1.OI5 Joint actions targeting vulnerable groups (youth, women, disabled, ethnic minorities) established for the prevention of early school leaving, for cultural inclusion.
